So I joined a group on Facebook called "I don't care how comfortable Crocs are, you look like a dumb____".

I know, I know, I bought a pair at DL. Came home and spiffied them up with jibitz. Spent a few weeks looking at them sitting in my closet and then gave them to my 70yo neighbor, who thinks they are the cat's meow! Sorry ladies, but those shoes are just too ugly for me.

I had a pair of the Croc flip flops, Capri's I think they were called. They were the most comfortable flip flops I've every owned, Too bad they shrunk in my car. I just bought the pink Disney Crocs for the Ladie's Trip. Hopefully they are just as comfortable. I'll be bringing other shoes with me just in case.

And people care about Angelina Jolie, why?? I guess I just don't get into why people are so stricken by actors, movie stars, athletes, etc...It's one thing to admire their abilities. But to really care about what they look like, all about their family, etc. when you don't even personally know them, confuses me. I care more about what you guys are doing, you're people I can meet, have friendships with, chat with.

I'm an Adidas Ayuna (memory foam) flip flop fan! Much more comfy than the Crocs (IMO). Much more stylish also. I didn't like the feeling of plastic on my sweaty feet with the crocs. Maybe my feet are just too sweaty for Crocs??

So who is Perez Hilton?

The Capri's are cloth between the toes. Plus I love the bright pink. My Disney Crocs are pink. I don't remember foot sweat in the Capri's...I may wear socks with the regular Crocs.

At least you can tell with ga-nana what she wants. For a year DD called them boo-joo-joo-bees. Everytime it sounded exactly the same - and fortunately we all eventually figured out what she wanted!

UPDATE!! UPDATE!!!

I have a DATE!! not with a fella, you silly girls! For BABIES!!! Tuesday March 3rd!!!! I have to call the hospital in the morning to see what time I am going in.. But I have a date!!

We went in this morning, and she was looking me over.. Hmmmm.. You have gotten a lot bigger this week. NO CRAP LADY! I have gained 1 pound... and 5 weeks. Seriously. I was measuring 42 weeks last week.. and I am measuring 47 weeks today. She wasnt going to set up for an induction until after next weeks appt.. Then she did my measurements, and my ultrasound.. and said that the babies are just getting to big and need to come out. IM SAYIN!! Baby A is totally settling into birthing position, and baby B is curled up in a ball on top of him.

Babies!! BABIES!! I am finally getting these things OUT of me.

I'm good. I'm excited for you! I was just thinking about when my niece was born. She'll be 3 next month. Wow how time flys!

I know.. I can remember both my kids births like they happened yesterday.. and now they are 7, and almost 4. Makes me sad. It REALLY makes me sad that this will be my last time having babies. Oh well..

I can't even imagine having a baby right now. Or ever. When DBF's DD lived with us she was 4-8 years old so it wasn't too bad. I have never chanegd a diaper in my life. Before my niece was born I wouldn't even hold new borns but BFF made me. She's like, her heads not going to fall off.

I had a friend like that when Alex was born. She just looked at him like.. uhhh.. What do I do with it. I have always been around babies, so it wasnt a big deal when i had my first. Or my second.. Two at once totally freaks me out. But my husband swears we can do it. I guess I can trust him.

Sooo.. Since you all Know our good news now.. here is our bad news. Well.. not BAD, just not good. Frelan had a big meeting at work this morning.. No pay raises this year, which we expected.. They are continuing on 32 hour work weeks until June. Then they go up to 40 hour work weeks.. But JUST for June. They are getting a full week off for the 4th of July. Only one day paid. BUT, we will get unemployment for the rest of the week. Then after the 4th of July they will reevaluate the situation. If things still suck, which they will.. We go on to 32 hour weeks for the rest of the year, and unpaid time off for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. Pretty much what we were expecting. BUT.. We are thankful that he works for a company that is doing what it can NOT to lay people off. So he still has a job. Which is what really matters.
