WOOOOOOOOO!!!WOOOOOHOOOOOO!!!! We just got a couple of checks from the dealership.. a refund on the extended warranty we had on the Matrix. $530.!!!!:cool1: :cool1: :cool1: :cool1: :woohoo: :woohoo: Right at Christmas time too. FAN-FREAKING-TASTIC!

I went to the Dr. today.. I have only gained 3 pounds in the past 4 weeks. not to shabby. The dr is glad I am starting to gain weight finally. I am still about a pound down from where I started. Who knew I would have a hard time gaining weight?

Anyhow. She had a student with her, and she had him measure me.. He couldnt figure out why I was measuring so big.. :lmao: my Dr was laughing her butt off while this poor kid was feeling around on my belly trying to figure out why I was measuring 30 weeks, and I am only 21. :rotfl2: :rotfl2: Poor kid. it was to funny.

woohooo on the unexpected windfall. That seems to happen to us when we desperately need it.:thumbsup2

Got a check from my Upromise account, didn't expect it for several more weeks. Came just in time to cover my credit card bill- whew!

Poor student, tortured by the OB.. :lmao: good learning experience to think and look for the unexpected. Obviously didn't read the chart

I'm mad at our district, not only did we get a letter one time saying "because you are black..." and inviting J to a meeting to discuss "his culture so we may have a better understanding" ... got that corrected and they send a because you are "Latino not white..." letter instead ........ grrrr.

Today, got a letter inviting us to praticipate in some family event for Latino families.. okay cool.. well they sent the letter in SPANISH and no English translation.
I understand they are tyring to make an effort to know the various cultures in the community, but they are going about it the wrong way. They pissed me off with the assumptions .. latino thus not white.. latino thus speak Spanish.

J is taking it to school to ask his Spanish teacher to help him translate it, think he will get extra credit for that? :lmao: :lmao:

My mom and her family used to get that all the time. People would just assume they spoke Spanish. No.. No they dont.

Okay... What do you guys think of this??? Do you think I will tie it wrong, and my babies will go crashing to the ground? :lmao: Seriously. I am going to need to me hands free a lot, to take care of my older beasties.. but Im going to need to be able to hold them too. The little ones I mean. This seems to be the best thing for what I am going to need... At least for while they are small.

I like wraps/ slings. Use one with J alot and eventually switched to a backpack carrier type as he got older. Loved it!
I loved having my arms free to do housework and he felt secure being close to me.

Attachment parenting style is great. You get to know the lil souls much faster, no need to hear babies wailing, you will know their needs and able to respond before they get worked up into a full cry.

Then I had N, he hated anything touching his head. Hated the sling, hated hats. When I BF him I had to make sure nothing covered his face or he would fuss. He was a fussy thing for the first four months. I think the problem is that I expected him to like the things that J did.. but now I realize he would have been far happier to have a little more space.

The bonus for you, with two of them.. at least one of them will like it. :thumbsup2

I was just telling Frelan about the wrap I wanted to get.. I was showing him all the stuff you can do with it, and explaining how it worked.. He just loked at me and said... "Oh geez... we are going to have babies falling all over the place." :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: OMG. Nobody knows me as well as he does. :rotfl2: :rotfl2:
