Ummmm... No. None at all. We havent even really talked about it yet. soon. Hopefully. Or he will be going to school being called baby A.

Not a problem. My grandfather got to pick his own name when he went to school. The first day of school the teacher asked his name, he said my family calls me Boy or Son. She said he needed to tell his parents to give him a name. So he went home, they said he could pick his own. So he did, Peter Eli. Went back to school the next day and gave them his new name. So it's really not a problem.

Do you have the commercial up there to find out the name of your Real True Love....just text 12345 to TrueLove or something like that. You text your name and birthdate and it will tell you the name of your one real true love.

The commercial shows a lady laying in bed with a man. The man is asleep and she's on her phone texting. So what's going to happen if the man she is sleeping with is named Bob and her text comes back with the name Frank?

Not only that the fine print at the bottom of the screen says it is a subscription service that is $19.99 a month. So what do they do, text you the same name over and over again all month??

You know , if the boy doesn't like being "baby A" .. he can always change it later in life.

E told my mom that he plans to change his last name so we all match (and thinking of having a middle name- he doesn't have one) .. she was tickled and proud "You got a bit of Bernice in you already and now you will have our name. See now you really are part of us"

I thought it was hilarious and very sweet too.. He had to pnder that for awhile and later cracked jokes about becoming " one of us... one of us..." zoombie style.

His mom's reaction? Grumpy stare and sneer with the words " why would you do THAT"

Yes. Remember when I mentioned how she was getting super attached to me lately? That includes bed time. She wants to come back and sleep with me everynight. So we FIGHT. Every night. I just dont have the energy for it right now.

I saw a nice kid on TV today, and he had a cool name. And it took me a minute to realize it has a Disney connection!

What do you think of Elias? You could call him Eli for short. Whaddayathink?

I think that was on my list.. I dont remember though. I like it.

oh bummer, I remember those days.
It's interesting how each child has their own line of mommy mommy mother me phase.
J's was short lived, mostly when he was under 2.
N had a longer phase where I felt smothered by him ..I couldn't do a thing without him by my side. I started working when he was 3, he would steal my dirty clothes clothes out of the hamper to carry around the house until I came home. Got attached ot one particular tshirt dress, finally we had to cut it into pices as his "momma shirt" or he would carry the thing everywhere.

It was a very odd phase.

We made sure to keep a scrap to tease him with us an adult.

You know that's deliberate, right? My dad used to do the same thing with my boyfriends.
