:lmao: I just scanned the pic. in. I dont know why... but that feels like a lifetime ago. it was Sept of 02 by the way... :lmao:

DH and I met in '77 and started dating in '83. Heck, even 35mm cameras weren't in wide use then. It was all about the Polaroid instant photos!:lmao:

What's up? I just made a big pan of chicken enchiladas, spent the afternoon shoveling snow off the trampoline, refilled the bird feeders, shoveled ice & snow off the back deck (is this stuff ever going to melt?), did housework, got the computer all set up for DD's e-class that starts on Monday.

Hmmmm.. I laid on the couch all day. Except for the hour of so I laid in bed Watching my husband finish cleaning up our bed room. I did organize the rest of the dressers. Only because I could do that while sitting on the bed.

OH! We had a commodore 64 back in the day... I think I was 9. :rotfl2:

Do you remember the programs on cassette tapes? They only took about an hour to load.:rotfl2:

Sounds like a good day!:thumbsup2 Your job now is to lay around and be a womb.:lmao:

I have little to NO memory of the commodore.

I know. Its boring, and makes my hips hurt. :lmao: But I am getting reacquainted with the Cosby show. I like it. :rotfl2:

The screen on my laptop died, so I'm stuck on the desktop computer with the horrible $19 chair I bought at Ikea. Geez, if I knew I was going to have to sit in it I would have bought a better one.

I have a laptop at work that died, so I'm hoping I can use the screen from it. Odds are it's probably the wrong size though.:confused3

I really have no idea what I'm doing, I've never taken a computer apart before. But lack of knowledge has never stopped me from attempting to repair items before. I figure as long as I unplug it and remove the battery I should be pretty safe. I've read a few articles on it, so I have a general idea of what to do.

My screen has a giant 4" black streak down it. Some articles say that it might just be a ribbon wire that has come unplugged or lose. So I'll start with that. If that doesn't work then I might try seeing if the laptop at work has the same size monitor, if that fails, probably need to get a new laptop.

I have no idea why I had to quote you...especially when my post had nothing to do with what you said.:lmao:

:lmao: :lmao: I wish I could help you wiht the computer stuff... but alas... What I know about computers you could fit in a thimble. :lmao:

My resident computer genius is out buying milkshakes...

I'm off to watch Anaheim for a bit. I'll be back later!

I just got off the phone with my mom.. We were talking about baby stuff, and what we needed to get... and I just started bawling. She didnt realize that we were looking at only 9 weeks, and started to freak out a little too. Anyhow. We went over the list, and she was at walmart looking around... So she looked at some of the stuff I saw online. She was like.. dont worry about ANYTHING. Just calm down. The only thing you need to do is have healthy babies, everything else will come. The woman drives me nuts, but DANG can she talk me down. :rotfl2:
