Another Southwest 50,000 point question

When I look at my account online I can see they have just applied my 50,000 points yet when I go to book a flight on Southwest it is only showing I have a little over 2,000 points available. I gave it another day and still the same today plus I received my rapid rewards email statement today and no sign of the 50,000 points on that also. How long before you can use the 50,000 bonus points? Do I have to wait another month?

Which account your cc account? You will have to wait for your statement cycle to end for them to be transferred.

I have never gotten the points in the RR acct till the statement cycle ended- so if you PIF earlier, it's likely you have to wait till it closes to post and use

We had a problem with DH's points posting this month, which also was the month his 50K was to post. In February, the points from purchases posted on the 28th, but not this month. On the 31st, I called both Chase and Southwest with no help. Finally got a call back in response to an email I sent to Southwest. It turned out there was some "technical glitch" with the file that caused the points to be slow to post if they were generated on the 25th and 26th. The points posted yesterday in his account, but the person said they were still catching up with the postings.
