Another reason I love DVC!

I got up at O'dark thirty this morning to call and make a ressie with CRO for Memorial Day weekend. I waited on hold for over 30 minutes with everyone else in the world to try and book a room with the code rates that came out this morning. This whole process is tiresome, not to mention the $4 it cost just to wait on the phone that long!!We are staying at BCV for 5 nights, but we are out of points, so I had to reserve a room on property for the other three nights! Now it's the afternoon and I really need a nap! I'm so glad that we have MS. No constantly worrying about codes anymore. I love DVC!

I've never had to make those early morning phone calls to CRO (most of our WDW trips have been business + pleasure so they are reserved by the company)...but I'm glad to hear that you got the room you needed, even if it did take 30 minutes!

Our family is heading down your way for Spring Break in a couple of weeks...staying at the Grand Hotel...got it on priceline for $40 per night! Can't wait...

Brandi, We reserved POFQ for $94 a nite. Not too bad.

Kweaver: You will love the hotel. They just redid the pool last year and it is really nice. In fact their new addition reminds me a lot of VWL on the exterior. Let me know how the priceline ressie goes with them. I've been tempted to try it one time just to stay there even though it's only 10 minutes from the house! Be sure to shop in downtown Fairhope while your here, and if you have any questions about the area, feel free to ask.

I was reading on the resort board about some of the craziness this morning with everyone trying to book rooms with codes.
My first thought was ...
