From Allearsnet:

Effective Sunday, January 15, 2006, ticket prices for Walt Disney World Water Parks and DisneyQuest increased. The new ticket prices (not including sales tax) are as follows:

1-Day EITHER Blizzard Beach OR Typhoon Lagoon: Age 10 and up $35; Age 3-9 $29

1- Day Blizzard Beach/Winter Summerland Combo: Age 10 and up $42.50; Age 3-9 $34.50

1-Day DisneyQuest: Age 10 and up $35; Age 3-9 $29

Prices for tickets to Pleasure Island, and for Annual Passes to the Water Parks and DisneyQuest remain the same.

We are coming in for 3 days in June to finish using up a 6 day parkhopper with one day of parks and all 4 options still left on them. We have an 11 year old who was 9 when we were there last. Will we need to change her parkhopper and options over when we get there, or will we be able to just pay the price difference at the 2 waterpark? Also, do you know if Disney Quest was included on the options of parkhoppers when they were offered? We are unsure about how to use these, but are trying to do this on a very tight budget since this is a pre-cruise visit.

Thanks for any advice you have.

I answered your question on the other thread you posted to. That explains all about where you can use the options.

Depending on how old your daughter looks - you may or may not have to exchange her ticket for an adult ticket. You would NOT have to pay for this exchange - Disney doesn't penalize kids for growing up. You would just take it to Guest Relations, and explain that she is now over 10 years of age, and you need to exchange her partially used child's ticket for an adult ticket. It will be free.

If she doesn't look older than 10, you can save yourself waiting in line and just use the ticket as is.

Doesn't look like they went up too much, looks like about $1.00 or 2 at most
