another "newbie" seeking points

Hey all! I'm looking for 252 points for a 1 bedroom at Beach Club Villas the first week in June (or last week in May/first week in June). I've never rented points before, either, so I'm looking for someone with enough patience to walk me through the procedure! Thanks in advance!
