Another MyPoints ?

For the first time last week, I ordered something from Petcare RX through MyPoints. The product has already shipped, but I thought I was supposed to get 4 points per dollar spent and nothing has been added to my account. Does anyone know how this works? Does it just take awhile for them to add it or should I have done something else besides just clicking through MyPoints to get to the Petcare website?

It can take up to 30 days for the points to be credited to your account. Be sure to save the confirmation e-mail from the merchant in case you need to ask for the points after 30 days.

It usually takes up to 30 days for points to credit when ordering from merchants, but it should show up in your pending points when you look at the "my account" link. Also, it's good to make sure you are logged in at MyPoints when making purchases. If you don't see the points pending, you can email their customer service and like the other person said, make sure you keep the email confirmation of the order.

I love MyPoints - I've gotten so many gift cards over the years!
