Is there a time that is too early or too late for transportation through ME?

Is there a start time or end time?

Also, will ME bring luggage and me back to airport if I am not going on a flight.
We will be taking the DCL after a few days at WDW. I was planning on meeting my mom at the airport and then go on to the port w/ her via a one way car rental.

Thanks.

You could just give ME the flight information for a flight that leaves about 1.5 hours after you want to get to MCO but why bother? It would much easier to just rent your one way rental at WDW. You'll save the airport surcharge and avoid having to wait for the ME bus, make several stops then drag your luggage over to the rental garage.

You might just rent it the night before. Drive over to the airport to pickup your Mom and you're good to go.

For all intents and purposes no. ME will transport guests from or to any airplane flight at Orlando Airport.

Currently there is no organized verification that you came immediately from an airplane to board ME at MCO or that you head immediately for a plane upon disembarking ME.

DCL guests may be mixed with ME guests on the same buses but DCL transportation costs extra when you book your DCL package. I am told that the DCL bus drops guests off at the ship in a more favorable location than you can get when driving yourself.
