Do kids bring gifts to their friends parties if they party hop? What if it's not a really good friend. I have twin sons graduating this year. They will be going to a bunch of parties. The kids who I consider close who are at my house alot or on sports teams with I have something for. I would give it to them even if they didn't have a party. But I can't imagine being able to give two boys $20. apeice for 10 parties. Esp. the week of graduation with family in from out of town and our own party. I don't expect their high school friends to be bringing them a present either. Although I imagine some of the close ones will do something small.

During my graduation party, I had most of my friends give me an envelope, but some of my non closer friends just show up. I don't think alot of the graduates will think that their friends will give them money or a gift if it is not their really close friend attending the party, but just want them to have fun and help them celebrate.

I think close friends gave small gifts. I seem to remember a lot of stationary going around but we're girls and it was before computers and internet became the norm.

I would just buy a bunch of cards for the not very close friends.

The kids that come here I just want them to help my sons celebrate. We'll have a bunch of food, some music, they can go swimming or surfing. The boys that stay later will probably switch to playing poker.
