Hi,
I started selling stuff I have around the house a month ago. So I'm not a big seller or anything. Today is the first time I ever received an email from a buyer saying that they haven't received the item I shipped on 11/1/05. I used delivery confirmation and according to their tracking record, it was shipped on 11/4/05.
I think they will still dispute the fact that they didn't receive the item.
What do you think I should do?
I can't claim that they must've received it, but at the same time I have shipped the item and USPS confirmed it as delivered.
What should I do?
Thanks so much for your help... now I'm stressing out...
please?

It took about 3 months to sort out, because its really hard to get a "real" person to talk to, for which time DH's paypal account was "overdrawn" and transferred to a $ account. Paypal are still asking him to pay the "transaction charge" - DH says they can
for that, as if they'd nothered to check the ebay account they could have seen this woman was trying it on - he sent them links and everything.
