Another disney reward question!

I know this has been asked and answered, but I cannot find it when I do a search. I know the initial amount on my reward card has to be at least $20.00. I can then add on any other amount $10 or over, correct? What number do I call to do that, and how quickly after accumulating the rewards can I request them? I know someone here said that right after using their Disney Visa, they called and had those points added onto their card. I have my card ($20), and now have extra rewards I want to add. The number on the back of the card (800)436-7999 is a recorded message. Thank you in advance for any help.

you can log onto the website and do it. website is www.chase.com/disney go to the manage your rewards section.

You can call (800) 436-7999 (Chase Cardmember Services) to request a card or transfer more rewards to it.

You can only add the rewards after your latest bill has been posted. Although the points accumulate as you charge things, they are not available until the bill gets posted. Once posted, you can use any of the methods that the other posters have suggested.

I had a card that had not expired but had zero on it. When I was at disney in december, I called the 800 number on the back of the rewards card and transferred the reward dollars right then. I was told that to get the card you need $20 but then once you have the rewards card and it has not expired you can transfer whatever amount you have.

Is there a kiosk in downtown Disney where your card can be updated ?
