Me and my mom are trying to figure out our PS's. How late can a PS be made at the parks? We were thinking of making PS's about 30 minutes before park closing, then spending about an hour eating, then wander over to the bus stops with very low crowds at that point (hopefully). Can this be done? Or do they stop seating people too early to do this? Thanks!

I am pretty sure the latest reservation is within 45 minutes of park closing. Call WDW and they'll let you know. Usually the later ADR's are gone quick. good luck

I get the impression that most Epcot restaurants (at least) aim to have their kitchens stop serving within 15 minutes of the park closing. We're often rushed to order dessert, even before getting our entree, so that they can prepare it and have it ready for us.
