Another car rental E coupon question W/Enterprise

I recently booked a great deal with Enterprise for my trip in June and I used a double upgrade electronic coupon from my entertainment book. Now I can't find my card! I know that in the past with National I was never asked for any membership card but is Enterprise any different? Even though they share cars with National and Alamo are they more strict than the other two? If I don't find the card and they ask I dont know what to tell them that I am a member.

I would call the Entertainment book, maybe they can fax. The last time i used Enterprize rental coupon I don't recall using anything but the coupon. Could also contact Enterprise and see if they will need the card.
