Another "Best Guide" Thread

There may have just been a misunderstanding.

The $15 off per point using a referral is available to NEW members only, not current members, and requires a minimum 150 point purchase.

Current members could get $15 off per point for doing an add on of 115 points minimum.

Current members could get $10 off per point for doing any add-on that was less than 115 points. (EG, 25 points up to 114 points)

Of course, all those promotions ended Jan 20th.

We were going to be new members. We ended up buying BCV through TTS. :banana: :banana: :banana:

From the number of threads about unhappy guides, and the responses from those of us happy with our guides.

If you have ever had contact with a guide (T/C, Tour) that guide is assigned to you. If you ever want to switch you need a manager's approval. Call sales at (800) 800-9100 and ask for a manager.

If there is a problem, be honest and share it, a guide will not improve without feedback. If there is no problem, but you just want to switch, let the manager know that as well.

For me, as I plan to add at every resort (except HHI), I need a proactive and responsive DVC-Guide. I have that in Kelly Jo Williamson. If anyone wants her direct # please PM me. But remember, if you have a guide, you must switch with a manager before any other guide can help you.

IMPORTANT NOTE: For those with part-time or non-responsive guides who want AKV, you can call DVC Sales and have a manager assign you a guide for the day, to get you in. Your regular guide will remain your guide.

:thumbsup2 Your right about that Tony. I switched Guides yesterday and I am happy to be in the Kelly Jo Williamson family. I have talked to her twice already and thus far I am very happy. Again, I would like to thank Tony and everyone else for your help.
