Another Allegiant Air seat question

If we do not pre select our seats for our flight at what point do they get selected? ie...... at 24 hour check in, upon airport check in , or sit where you like when you get on the plane?

Your seat is given to you when you check in (if you don't pay for a seat) If you haven't paid for a seat- you cannot do online check in- you have to check in at the counter at the airport.

Once you check in and you are assigned a seat then can you switch seats?
