I'm wondering this too. I start my onboarding next week but I suspect I'll be too late to even have a prayer of a chance for those. But, the longer this drags out and the more frustrating it is from an AP perspective, the more my hopes rise for a CM preview.

Our son is a cm. Don't know their dates yet. They let them know when it's open for a request and they put in an "application" . They usually get to bring 2 people but they were just informed they can only invite 1 for SWGE...

Thanks. So submitting applications as already taken place? I'm guessing I don't have access to the Hub until after Traditions, even though my onboarding has a few steps before that. My Traditions isn't until 7/24, but I have POET next week.

No, they haven't started yet. They were just told applications would be opening "soon". So they know it will eventually be opening up and they can only bring 1 guest. They are not being told much either.

I’m the opposite. I think it WILL drop this week because it’s the holidays. I’m still sticking with July 3rd, right before the Fourth of July holiday. Get it out, then ruin everyone’s holidays when they need to call and go crazy

Tomorrow I would think would be the last day. Wed a big travel day and then the holiday the rest of the week.

I hope im wrong... but I have a feeling disney did this to soften the blow/ or drive up sales of ap’s despite the price increase. Or they hoped passholders would book august trips and then hope to get in to the previews. If they are ever released they will be so limited there wont be many slots and chapek will have squeezed that much more money out of us.

I don’t know, I think they really don’t want any bad publicity over their very expensive addition. They are already hearing comments about lack of attendance in DL. I think they’d want to avoid backlash from passholders shut out of the event.

By excluding the majority of their DVC customer base in the form of Gold AP holders to begin with, Disney clearly isn’t concerned with the backlash from folks being shut out of the event!

They pumped the brakes too hard on DL and it backfired on them. I don't think this is possible in WDW.

I think they will have some kind of events for DVC members once the land opens. DVC brings them A LOT of money. They wont exclude them. Just hasnt been announced yet.
