I have lost my APH card. Does anyone know how I can replace it??

Just go to the Guest Service window at either park. They will look up the info and give you a ticket to get in. Once inside either park, you will go to Vacation Services and have it replaced. It will cost you $10.

I forgot to add: Bring some form of ID as they may ask you to show it.

Thanks - but I am sure it will expire before I get back there - will that make a difference??

If it's within 30 days after it expires, you can renew for $99 plus tax. I'm not sure if you will still have to pay the $10 lost fee. It is possible because for a renewal, you usually keep the same card and they just update it in the computer.
