Or is the price the same if I buy the tickets when I get there?

You don't have to buy them in advance to get the DVC price. You can get the DVC discounted annual passes on site anywhre APs/PAPs are sold. The price will be the same no matter where you buy. All you need is your blue membership card and a photo ID to purchase on site. You'd need the same things to exchange the voucher which is what you get when you purchase via the Members' webiste.
