Annual Passes Resume April 13 (DVC) April 20 (General Public)

I have more than an hour, and it's not moving......
I would try 1-407-939-7679 for new tickets or 1-407-934-7639 if you have existing tickets. (Numbers from Disney website.)
I'm on the 7679 number, but I have tickets already. I'm on hold. Should I hang up and call the other number? I'm not certain about giving up this queue.
 

Success!!!! I was on the page with Space Mountain at 5:50 a.m. and clicked on the Passes Page link when others here posted they had the Big Thunder pre-que screen. That loaded for me and after that it was a 15 minute wait. After a mild heart attack when my password wouldn't work to log in to my account, I was able to reset it and then purchase. Good luck to all!!!!
Good point - double checked my password on another browser just now!
 
Just texted my boss and told her I’ll be late this morning 😂 the things we do for Disney. Still says over an hour wait.
 
While I can WFH today, I should have taken the day off! Grateful the little bar moves a bit, even though the wait time is still more than an hour. Kicking myself for logging off that original Space Mountain page a couple of times, probably would be earlier in the queue. But hey - at least I have hope at the moment!
 
Still just hanging trying to call. Been said a million times, but mouse IT has issues.
 
I've been on the phone with a woman and she said you can't upgrade to annual pass if you have a resort package until you arrive 😭😭...she said there should be a workaround but I am very confused. Anyone know if this true?
