I got thru on (407)939-7679 but, they said you must call DVC member services to buy the DVC Annual Pass. IS that true? I have a unused pass I Want to upgrade.
I got to the express check out again with the phantom boxes to fill out with cc info behind the woody please wait while we fulfill your request but then it timed out!!!!
I called (407) 939-7679 and got the "your call cannot be completed as dialed" for about 5 minutes, and after calling repeatedly, it connected. The cast member located my cart ID and was able to order the two Sorcerer Passes. Got the confirmation email a moment ago. Good luck to everyone calling in!
I called 407-939-7639, got through in less than 3 minutes. The CM transferred me to ticketing and have been on hold for 13 minutes. Haven't gotten any message about wait time.
I know the option for Sorcerer was not showing prior to today..for friends who can’t purchase…but none of them were DVC…no reports here from non eligible DVC If they could see it…since, if I was someone who might get lucky…I’d not post.
But, now that there is the chance for start and stop sales, I think they need to be really careful in making sure only eligible get to purchase and activate.
It would explain the phantom order summary screen that some are getting like myself - it is doing an eligibility check and not connecting to the database - "some imagination huh?"
