ANNUAL PASSES ARE BACK!!!

I called the phone number and they said the wait time is 25 minutes and they’d call me back when it was my turn. 🤷🏼‍♀️
 

I feel like I am surprised as I just assumed they'd be using the Disneyland Annual Pass virtual queue system that works well?
I think it was fair for us to think they would use SOME system.

LOL- just got an error from Verizon telling me they can't connect to WDW because their lines are too busy. (after multiple busy signal and completely black nothing happened at all calls... How in the world did they not anticipate demand???)

I got thru on (407)939-7679 but, they said you must call DVC member services to buy the DVC Annual Pass. IS that true? I have a unused pass I Want to upgrade.
 
"At this time Disney Sorcerer Pass is not available for Disney Vacation Club members. Please visit Disney.com"

I was expecting some sort of virtual queue. I've been at this for over an hour and now all I get is "our systems are unavailable." If they think putting passes on sale would make dvc members happy, I gotta say it's backfiring in a big way for this dvc member. Makes me contemplate selling my contracts.
 
Just got a message in the middle of the hold.

Something along the lines of...

"At this time, DVC Annual Passes are not available. Please visit website."
