Annual Pass voucher refundable?

Anyone had experience with refunds for an Annual Pass voucher purchase? Is it possible to get one?

I don't see anything about this in the usual FAQs around.

All ticket/pass purchases from Disney are non-refundable. You might get lucky and get a CM that will refund your money.
