Annual pass tour discounts

We're thinking of doing a few WDW tours (keys to he kingdom etc) on our next visit, I will need to pre book them as it's christmas time and it will be busy. I was hoping to get an annual pass discount as we're going to upgrade our 10 day base tkts upon arrival. Does anyone know if I'll be able to get the discount at the time of booking even though I'll not have the annual pass till I go on the tour? Many thanks

I doubt it. You aren't entitled to a discount with the AP until you have an AP.

Thanks for your reply. Does that apply if you've purchased an annual pass but not yet activated it?
