Annual Pass question?

I am sure this has been asked and answered, but I can't find the answer.

If I were to buy an annual pass, but wanted to do the monthly payment option until after Christmas, can the pass be used while paying monthly or must the pass be paid in full before allowed to use?

The only ones eligible for monthly payments are FL residents but I believe that you are eligible to use it while the payments are being made.

You can use it while it's being paid. If you miss a certain number of payments, they will deactivate it. As @Sandisw stated, you do have to be a FL resident to use the monthly payment option.
