Annual Pass Question

This is my first post and I want to thank everyone for the great information that is shared here. I am planning my first trip to Universal and the resources here have been invaluable. I am staying on site at the RPR for three days in November and am really looking forward to it. I followed the advice out there and made room only reservations and used the APH rate. There will be 5 of us going and we will be purchasing only one annual pass for the group. My question is - since we will be arriving late on a Friday night, what is the fastest way to get the annual pass and the other 4 multi-day passes so that I don't miss the early entry time on the first day?

Guest services is open before early entry. Just get there about 15 minutes earlier than you intended.
