How late can I buy an AP at Downtown Disney? Will it be activated then? The next day, our first place we are headed is Typhoon Lagoon. Can it be activated there?

It's open as long as the stores in that area.

Yes it will be activated right there for you.

It's only actiated when purchased or voucher changed into the Pass. (not when 1st used like regular tickets).
