Annual Pass Pick Up ?

Checking into Kidani today. Do I have to go to Ticket & Transportation Center to pick up our passes or can I get them from the resort concierge?

The Resort Concierge desk is unable to process any transactions regarding Annual Passes. You can go to any Park Ticket Window or Guest Relations Location to get your Annual Passes.

Second that, got mine processed at the TTC, so you're good there, but erionm is correct, any Guest Relations booth, including the one at DTD, can process them.
