Annual pass ordering question

I am ordering an annual pass online...
Do I have to supply a name for each person, or will the vouchers be generic and they will add the name info when we actually turn in the voucher for the actual pass?

Our vouchers last spring had our names on them. Since all of our data was entered into the computer at the time we ordered them, it took no time to collect our actual passes.

Hmm...when I was about to order them online, they had a ship to and a bill to, but no place for a pass holder name..unless of course it comes on following screens
