Annual Pass Discount

My Father lives with me part time. Would he be eligible for the DVC discount?? He lives about 3 months in FL, about 3 months on Cape Cod, and the rest with me. His main address is Cape Cod, mail is forwarded to my house the other times of the year.

I am leaning towards - he does not qualify - since it is not his permanent address. I will call MS - but was curious what others thought.

Probably not, but this is a case where I would ask DVC.
