Annual Pass Confirmation

Not that I'm panicking or anything but I ordered my annual pass a while ago over the phone and haven't had any kind of confirmation.

Is this normal?

Last July 07 we ordered annual passes (will call). Like you we did not receive any email confirmation either and I was a little worried, however there was no problem when we collected the passes from guest ticket/services at the entrance to Epcot.

We only had the confirmation number when we collected annual passes and there was no problem. All they asked for was our names, address (I think) and photo ID.

i think it must depend on the CM you get when you order them.
when i bought my MVMCP tickets and then my APs, both times they offered to send them out to me and both times it only cost me $3 postage, bargain!!

and to the OP, theres not a huge amount of interest in the AP section of the site. it lists all the AP discounts but i knew them already from allearsnet. i didnt find anything of interest. although it does let you look up AP rates for hotel rooms.

When we ordered our Annual Passes, we got exchange certificates (plastic credit cards) in the post.

These allowed us to log on to the passholders website as well and then we just handed them over when we got there.

Sometimes you do find things of interest on the passholders site as they do special events just for passholders. Last year they had a passholders special party for the launch of the Jungle Book on DVD at the Animal Kingdom. It was limited numbers and you had to register on the passholders site and then print off confirmation. It did sell out. When you arrived at the Animal Kingdom you had to show your pass and the confirmation. So for me its always worth checking out the website.

Sounds like you will be fine with your confirmation number.

Well, it's a relief to know I should be able to get my tickets without any problems, thanks.

Shame I won't be able to get into the passholder website though...
