annual meeting

what usually happens at the meetings? and how long do they last? we will be attending the one at OKW this year and would like to kinda know what to expect. thanks!!

The onsite Annual Meetings are all held at the BW Convention Center. The OKW meeting is at 10:00am on December 10, 2003.
