We are on the very verge of buying into DVC and have a question. Is there a provision to pay the annual dues on a monthly basis, and if so is there a fee for doing so?

You can pay monthly by an automatic debit from your bank account. If you wish to use a credit card (to amass points or cash back) you have to pay in one lump sum at the start of the calendar year.

No fee but I think in order to pay monthly you have to let them take it directly from your bank account. That's what we do. Every month on the 1st they deduct our dues payment.

I find it much easier this way.

Maybe someone else can tell you if you are allowed to pay by check?

You also have the option of having it taken out on the 15th as well. It does have to be deducted from your bank account but you can opt for the 1st of the month or the 15th.

The fee can be paid either in full at the beginning of the year (cash, check or credit card is acceptable) ... OR ... by autodebit from a bank account. There are no additional fees for the monthly method. There is no provision to pay it monthly by credit card.
