Annual Busyness Calendar??

I'm quite sure that I had seen a calendar that showed busy times and slow times for DVC rooms; but I can't seem to find it now. I'm not talking about the one that shows busy times for the parks, but one that shows busy times for DVC. I want to plan a trip next spring/summer for friends who have never been there, and I want it to be during a time that we can get a good DVC room AND have low crowds, so I need both calendars to figure this out.

DVC resorts are booked at a occupancy rate of 95% plus all year round, so I don't know if there is a better time for DVC. In addition all holidays and event periods are extra busy.

I don't believe there is a "slow" time for DVC. Planning ahead is the best bet for availability and take advantage of your 11 month window if possible.

As far as the parks, spring and summer are both busy times. Whenever the kids are out of school will be high attendance periods. Perhaps September is a somewhat slower period when the kids go back to school, as long as you avoid the Labor Day holiday week and the Food and Wine Festival time frame at the end of the month. That is probably the best bet for a combo of DVC and WDW Park attendance being lower.
