WE ARE GOING TO WDW THE FIRST WEEK OF MAY FOR OUR 20th ANNIVERSARY AND STAYING AT WL I WANT TO DO SOMETHING SPECIAL FOR HER WE ARE DOING THE ILLUMINATIONS CRUISE BUT WANT TO SUPRISE HER WITH SOMETHING SPECIAL ANY SUGGESTIONS

How about dinner at Victoria & Alberts? and if that is just a little out of your reach, how about a nice relaxing day at the spa?

give her some diamonds after watch wishes
or tell her how much you love her in front of the castle and give her diamonds
whatever you do just give her a diamond and it will be fine

How about having the WL chefs pack you a nice picnic lunch and taking her to a romantic spot on the grounds?

We were at WDW for our anniversary last year. On our anniversary we went to Discovery cove to swim with the dolphins (something I have always wanted to do) and then our friends who we went with took us to the California Grill for dinner (they didn't tell us where we were going!). Then we went into the MK to watch the fireworks. It was the most memorable anniversary so far

A bouquet of twenty roses waiting in the room is sure to add a little romance. I had actually suggested this on another thread. Use the "20" theme. Ask for a room number with 20 in it. Is there a 20th floor perhaps? What's her favorite ride? Why, don't you have some fun with it and see if she's game to go on it 20 times...the possibilities are endless. It can be serious or silly, but your wife is sure to see what a special occasion it is to you and how happy you are to be sharing it together.

Have fun and start saving up for the trip when you need to buy 50 roses!!!

Some great ideas here. Something you can also do is to have a special cake for the Illumination cruise. Just ask the tour folks and they will do what is needed. Not too very expensive either.
