My husband and I will be celebrating our 7 year anniv. on Dec 1st. We are traveling with my parents and they have kindly offered (demanded!) to take our 1 year old so we can enjoy a nice dinner together. This is our fifth trip together but this will be our first trip with the little guy! We have narrowed it down to Yachtman's Steakhouse and Artist Point as we have not been to either of those restaurants yet - any opinions?! We are both fairly conservative in our palate (i.e. Jiko is a bit out there for us!) and we'd like something relatively romantic as this will be a night away without the baby.

Can't help you as we've never dined at either (we are celebrating our 25th with dinner at Fulton's), but Happy 7th Anniversary.

We celebrated our 8th anniversary at Artist Point and it was a very good meal.

We had the portabello soup -- YUM -- and the salad -- Also YUM.
I had the beef tenderloin & it was perfect. DH had the buffalo -- a first and it was very good (I just had to try a bite). For dessert, I had the sorbet which I liked as a light dessert after the big meal and I think DH had the cobbler.

We enjoyed the atmosphere as well. Very quiet and relaxing.
We were staying at the WL so it worked out well.

We haven't tried the Yachtsman Steakhouse yet, but we will during our 10th annivesary trip this August. Sorry I cant' let you know until then!

Happy Anniversary!! and what great parents!

Artist Point would be my pick. We celebrated our anniversary a few years ago at California Grill and it was a wonderful night.
