Anniversary & Birthday Menu's

I've heard of the customized menu's that say Happy Anniversary or Happy Birthday on dinner menu's at some places. How do people get those? If you tell the dinning reservation line about your celebration, is that enough?

It's our 11 year anniversary (and spent our Honeymoon at WDW) and my sister and family are joining us - it's her birthday while we are there.

If it helps knowing we are going in May and have ADR's at the following - are any of these places to add notes or do something to get a specialized menu?
Most are Dinners: Teppan Edo, CRT, Mama Melrose, Garden Grill, Flying Fish, Ohana's, Coral Reef.

It would be great to get one TS place to 'recognize' the events, I'm not sure if you need to contact them before hand or just wear the button and hope for a little magic?

The only place I have had personalized menus for our anniversary or birthday is at the signature restaurants.

I had it done at Coral Reef in 2007 with pictures and wording, but I'm not sure they do it anymore.

At citricos they gave my mum a 70th birthday menu, they also gave her a dessert. We had noted it in the reservation.

Just note it on your dining reservation. We did this for our anniversary dinner at YSH earlier this month and got the personalized menu congratulating us. I believe this only occurs in the high-end restaurants.
