Just curious what the latest early morning procedure is for this. Last I read, someone reported that there was a place to line up. You could run to the line up spot but then they walked you to the location.

What time would you plan to have someone waiting in line at security to get a good spot to be in and out for the meet and greet for an 8am opening (not an Early Entry day!) Really hoping to be one of the first few in line and be in and out as some have reported.

I posted a thread here while I was third in line at the Frozen M&G (waiting for DH to bring the DDs over from DLH) on Tues, June 10. It was a Magic Morning, so the park was opening at 7 am (before its official 8 am). I managed to jog/speed walk right up to the line itself (which they made us walk through!). I had read here that they didn't start during Magic Morning, that they made you walk from a line at the statue, etc. None of that applied as of 6/10.

Why can't they do the meet and greet like they are in WDW with the fast press thing?

EE/MM may be different, but we lined up on a NON EE day(Mon. June 9th). We were first in line at out turnstile at about 7 am, one hour early. If I would have got there about 7:15, I would not have been first. I was going ahead of my group so I could get toward the front of the line quickly. I did run a bit until I got a little bit down mainstreet and saw that nobody was next to me. No... they don't like it when you run and they will yell at you to stop running.
We were first in line to the meet and greet that day. And we only met Anna. Elsa was MIA.
They walked the line back to the M&G line about 10 min. before park opening.
They will tell you that there is a chance that only one sister will be inside. We thought park opening would be a safe time to get both. I would guess it usually is, but not that day.

Because there is no FP available for it.

And there is no FP for any Meet and Greet in DL. And there is definitely no room for 2 lines at the Anna and Elsa meet...already a pretty tight line.

I'd be curious to hear more reports about whether both sisters were there in the first hour (both EE and non-EE). I'd like to see if there's a pattern of some sort. They have split them up now at WDW so you can't get a photo with both. You still meet both, but separately.

Hey mom. I thought of you & mad this week at the parks. Here are some concurrent FP pics - all valid at time taken. Best part was that there was no master plan involved to do this. After our starting FP's, we just make our way to other rides and pick up other FP's as we go. Yay! for regular FP - hope these pics encourage you to get out here again soon!

But no need to see that to entice me to head back to DLR. All I had to do was listen to my daughter. She already requested that our annual pilgrimage be in a westerly direction again!
