They ran out of FPs at about 8:50 (8am park opening on a Magic morning day.

I got my FPs at 8:30 with a return time of 5:20-5:40. Almost no line to get FPs.

At 8:10, return time was about 3.

Where do you go for the FPs? We are going on a non magic morning. I'm hoping if we are there first thing we'll be able to get them... its super important for the girls and we really only have one day we can make it happen.

Also, I assume it works like the normal fast pass that you need everyone in the partys tickets? Do they crack down on one parent standing in line to get FPs for everyone while another takes the kids to do something?

They were giving out the FPs right in front of the Meet and Greet, next to the Carrousel.

8am was regular park opening time (MM was at 7).

Yes, I needed everyone's tickets, but our whole party did not need to be there. It's just like normal FPs, except a human is handing them out. Also, we needed our park tickets when we returned (in addition to the FPs.) So they are non-transferable.

I was there on a weekday last week and it seemed like they ran out of FP very quickly then as well.

I asked the CM at the attraction entrance this question on Friday. He said it varies but "generally" 2 hours before closing, but can be 3-4 hours prior when the park is open until 11 or 12. He said they don't know the end time for sure until they show up that morning.
