Is AK supposed to be a late night park year round or seasonally?

Right now it shows a closing time of 5:00. Do you think this will be the case during this time of the year or hasn't the website been updated yet?

Not updated. Too many up in air's there right now. I am not hopeful we will get updated hours till after ROL starts for real.

I'm wondering the same thing for October. If they open past 5pm, i might change my itinerary.

It all remains to be seen, but I really really think all these changes are to make AK a park that goes into the evening year round. I can't remember who posted it here, but someone whose word I put some stock in predicted AKs hours might mirror DHS pretty closely. So Sept would be shorter than June, but will still go past 5. Possibly something like 7:30 most days in the fall, with RoL at 7:45, and some days even later hours.

This is asked nearly everyday. Hours are not yet set. Anticipate AK to be open until about 8-11pm nightly.

Their introducing a bunch of night time activities so there should be no reason to think they'll close at 5 like they have in the past
