Animal Kingdom Extra Magic Hours Attractions

Hi all. I can use a little help tinkering with my Animal Kingdom touring plan. I have seen some sources stating that Gorilla Falls and Discovery Island Trails are open during morning extra magic hours, but the hours on Disney's site for my date of interest start at 9am (instead of 8). Anyone been recently during extra magic hours in the morning and can confirm these are open or not?

One thing to know is that most sites do not list info that include the special EMH attraction hours, as those hours are not included for all guests.
Hours shown on most listings are for regular hours guests.
