Yay, our wireless router is a go! Well...I think so anyway! Haven't tried swapping codes with anybody yet and after seeing dvcfamily's post, I'm a little bit scared to try.
Question: Did everybody just post their friend codes, names, towns, etc. right here on the boards or did you send them by pm? I'm not sure if I should be nervous about posting my info? I would be safe from a town-destroying maniac if we never swapped codes, right- he/she couldn't access my town otherwise? Please put my mind at ease.
I'm also guessing that everybody here has the same "rules" for town visitation? i.e., family friendly, no running, no tromping on flowers, etc.?

I didn't mean to ask about trading codes and then just disappear. We had a busy weekend and a bunch of crappy family issues going on. But, when I get home from work I will definitely pm our codes to you! Can't wait to visit!
Gotta Get To Disney!
We moved our flowers around from areas that we knew had enough and we got the message this morning!!! We are so excited!!! Matt was sick last night so we could not play, and is home from school today so we bought our flowers first thing and realized we needed 4 so we did some shuffling!! 
Yay for your hybrids!!! I had (had being the key word) a black rose, then I accidentally dug it up with a poor aim of the shovel
Yeah....um.....I kinda did that on Saturday with our orange pansy. 
I am officially OFF digging and I seem to be water challenged so I can handle fishing and chopping!!
Ahhhhh!!!!! Wishes is fantastic!!!!!!
Now we can do some arranging because we were kinda just dropping flowers here and there and we can plant fruit trees where we had stumps and chop down some of our peach trees for other fruit now that we know we have the correct amount!!! Oh and pick up those patterns we have laying around!

Oh and our router has been working wonderfully since Sunday. We have not had any problems having our gate open like before (we have not had any visitors, but have been keeping it open just to see if it disconnects) and we have not ventured out.
And there were none of my flowers anywhere!!!!!!
Hey guys - I'm back!!!!
Thank you for all the well-wishes and support. it was definitely felt! I'm doing really well and we had a lot of closure last week.
So I finally get to log on to AC when I got home from work today - Ian and the girls were out on a walk so I thought I would pop on - and what the HECK - my house had a river next to it!!!!!!
It turns out that Ian was playing with the hacking program and he designed and made another town and was using it. He made a 3 level town with and island and put my house on the island.
No worries - Gusitown is back safe and sound!!!!!
My heart skipped a beat when I read all your flowers were gone!!! I am glad that everything is back to the way it should be....beautiful!!!
Question....can we pick that up and our one hybrid to put in our house when we go away without anything happening to them??

that's a yes. Actually I want to try it, I wonder if it will look like the guy's plant at the HRA in the city. He has a plant on his desk, looks like a Jacob's ladder, but bigger than I pictured it being. We have 9 or so of them now.

Mine skipped a beat too!!! OMG - I pulled the map - looked for all the characters and their houses, panicked, realized what happened - that he redesigned the town - then I called his cel phone and gave him a brief piece of my mind....
Then when he told me it was an "alternate universe" and the girls (and the baby poop encrusted dog) kept him from reloading our normal town before I go home, I was relieved....
Now, we have to go through a minorly complicated bit of nonsense so I can buy the armoire that he told me I couldn't save....
so we are in the process of digging up any of our stumps and some of our peach trees to plant other fruit trees. We would like to possibly get our lighthouse before we leave for WDW so at least we have something to look forward to when we get back. 
We have 660,000 bells to go before next week!!!
