Well, I've got the mom cat in my town again. She says her daughter is in Rockwood, so when you find her and want to bring her over, let me know and I'll open up my gate for you.

I should have explained more of the story in my last post ... A while ago I played with Duchie, and then went out of town for a week. The kitten came to her town, leaving her to listen to it cry for a week! I'm still sorry for that one!

I had to run out earlier. I know the gates were open until at least 4:00, but then sometime after that I lost internet connection. I just saw the mom cat still in my town, so I'll open them again for you and hopefully you can stop by.

Anyone else have problems with the game crashing tonight? I opened my gate, hoping to "see" friends, but instead had the game crash TWICE.

I even had Joan trapped nicely so we could find her easily near the gate and buy as many turnips as we wanted.

Ah, well. Hopefully next time there will be NO CRASHING.

There are a few items my DD and I are looking for to complete our sets. She's looking for the lovely armoire, and I'm looking for the cabin bed, clock, bookcase and rug. If you've got any of these items, I'd love to come over and add them to my catalog so I can order them later.

Ooooh, I'll be looking for good turnip prices this week, too. My system is set for August, a Monday, so I have some time. If I get good prices, I'll be sure to open my gates.

I haven't had my gates open all the times I've played recently because I'm trying to catch the tarantula and scorpion. I've seen quite a few, but they always bite me. *sigh* Is there a trick to the timing? Should I run away first and then turn around, or run AT them, or...? Usually they just surprise me and scare the @#$%^&* out of me, but now and then I've actually had time to get ready - and they STILL get me. Help?
