ok you guys got me i had to create my own character. Um now I had to call my ds11 home from his friends house to show me how to play. I don't play video games at all so this is all new to me. I had to ask how to pick up a peach i'm not gonna tell ya what i looked like i was doing If i ever find how to get a friend code i'll post it for ya.

I am so excited, I figured out how to get mole crickets. Now I'm still working on how to get my package that keeps floating by on a balloon. Our nooks only ever has the fishing pole, net, and shovel. I am almost always out of medicine because the darn bees keep stinging me.

Not sure on irritating the neighbors either, but to get the package you have to have sling shot thingy. Hope this helps, I am opening in a few min.

How do you make snowmen? We've tried and it didn't work.

I was wondering this too! I have made 5 or 6, and they aren't happy with the sizes I've made them...

Also, I think I have planted trees in some bad spots. I have had a coconut tree and a cherry tree die... Are there secrets on where you should plant them?

I just figured out the medicine thing today. That will save me a few bells a day. Just about every day I see the balloon floating by just no way to get it.

Ok, the trick to the snowman....roll the first ball until you can bearly push it. Then for the second ball, roll it almost as large as the first one. I usually get it close and eyeball it. I have all the snowman series.
As for the trees, I plant coconut trees at the shore line. Walk in the sand and take 2 steps up and plant. We have 20 trees. To get the "rare" fruit growing I chopped down a non fruit bearing tree and buried it there. We now have all the fruit.

Word of warning: We had gotten the last of the stores...Nookington's and the other day Tom Nook asked us what we wanted as an improvement to our store. We answered longer hours. Well, he closed and we got "NOOK AND GO" again. We are really bummed. Be careful how you answer.

I have had one coconut tree survive my planting skills... I will try to plant more if I get more seeds... or when/if mine makes fruit. Thanks for that tip too!

Yes if you say longer hours you go to the smaller store, if you ask for varitey you stay with the bigger one so be careful!

Can you elaborate on this? I'm not quite sure what you buried where you chopped down the tree.

I think I have everyone added. I have a question for those of you who time travel. Do you change the date on the Wii system, or do you do it through Rover at the beginning of the game? I've been using Rover but I'm not sure if it makes a difference.

I time travel a lot. I always use rover at the beginning, and I never jump more than a week at a time because of bed head and that people start missing you.

I have a funny story...My dd and dh came to visit you last night. The only thing they brought in their pockets were a fishing pole and some flowers. My dh tried to plant the flowers as a thank you for inviting them over. However he put the flowers in his mouth and couldn't figure out how to get them out, then about the same time his makeover wore off. DH and dd couldn't get themselves out of there quick enough.

I can't wait to get more friend codes entered.

A quick question....I must ask with having young dd's that play, how safe is this? Is there something I should be careful about and how? Also if you have someone over and need to go, can you send them home? Also, what is the proper etiquette for picking fruit and buying stuff? TIA

We enjoyed having you visit the other night, you guys were actually our first visitors. Ds was the one playing, I was watching and I saw something with the flowers I just wasn't quite sure what happened lol. Hope to see you again!
