Didn't watch the end of Survivor but the beginning was good.

to everyone else. I'm getting ready for the morning ride. There are a few icy patches, but it's not bad out there. Just cold. I may go for my walk when I return if it's not too windy. I really need to get back on my diet. The cruise is getting closer and this body in a swimsuit is a little scary.

Can I tell all of you my secret??
I hired a cleaning lady today.
But I am not sharing that info with my husband for a while.
I don't mean to be sneaky but he just wouldn't get it.
He would actually say "Well, I will clean on the weekend for you" but I don't want him to spend his free time cleaning either.

I am trying to work more and I have a job interview tomorrow for a home care position. I have no time to clean as it is.

She is someone who was recommended by a neighbor and she is much cheaper than a big professional company. She supposedly does a really nice job. We will see how it goes.

I feel really guilty about the secret but I know if I told him, he would just say cancel it!

I will eventually tell him. I think, lol.

Sarah is safely in Annapolis. We got there early enough to find the house where she will be staying and walk around to check out some spots to get meals. Then we all had lunch before leaving her. I am sure she will have some stories to tell on Friday.

At lunch she wanted me to tell my DIS friends that her favorite Super Bowl commercial was the one for Pepsi with the kids who had been sued for downloading music from the internet. It was pretty funny.

Gail still hasn't made an appearance. Hope she is ok.

They are calling for snow/sleet/freezing rain tonight and tomorrow. YUCK

Off to fix some dinner.

It's been a busy day. I'm getting ready to pick up Amy from Botball and take her to ballet. When David gets home we are heading to my mom's house for beans and cornbread. Then David goes on to teach first aid to Webelos with his Medical Post. We'll pick up Amy after ballet and feed her what's left of the beans. Whew. Wore me out just telling about it all.

So....no angels to talk to today!

Tonight was "haircut night" at our house. Both of the boys were in need of a trim. AND I just bleached both of their heads...they're gonna look like Q-tips shortly.....

Nothing else going on today, I'm sleepy from too little sleep and too much going on over the weekend.
