I just signed up for night shift (11P-7a) tonight instead of daylight tomorrow! And of course....you can never nap when you have to!!! LOL!

Have to take Kevin to Karate after school and then he has open house tonight....so not much chance of a nap later either! lol

popping on quickly, just back in from work (8pm) went to my sisters on the way home to wish my nephew a happy birthday and then popped up to mum and dad.

need to get dinner on and sort out stuff for tomorrow, stuart needs to leave at 6am for work tomrrow

Yea!!!! I was just waiting for Carol to open her door. I use mine now for dog walking, but in AZ I could go for weeks with out looking. Since she posted and since I was so excited about how her centerpiece came out, here it is:

Carol, you are not a Turkey!!! I thought it was the perfect sign for most Thanksgiving meals. At least at my house. I remember many people suffering from Triptofan induced napping after my mothers turkey dinners.

You all are too funny with the ear bud talk. Is that the Motorola wireless one or not?

Took the SUV to get the oil changed. GoOt home and there was smoke pouring out from under the hood. Called them back, they came and got it. Then Comcasat contractor shows up. Hooks up the cable, but only one box. Seems Comcast cant keep up with the demand. Now I have to find the remote for the bedroom TV. Dealer bring SUV back, they steam cleaned the engine, the technician missed the fill hole. And they gave me a coupon for a free oil change next time. So today is turning out a little better that it started.

Just got home from mailing our packages. Mine was sort of overstuffed, too. So be careful opening please.

And what did I find on my porch? A package from Star! I got the most beautiful metal lantern with fall leaves and acorns! I'm in love with it. I've been procrastinating doing my fall decorating, but now I'll HAVE to do it. Can't wait to put it out. I also got some "pound cake" tealight candles to burn in the lantern. I've never heard of the company, but Star says they're even better than Yankee Candles! They sure smell yummy! I think Amy is tempted to eat them. I also got a beautiful angel wing keychain. It says "If you obey all the rules, you miss all the fun Katherine Hepburn" I loved her and the quote is perfect! Sort of fits this group here, don't you think? Can't wait to put it to use. I almost forgot to say that I also got some Mickey stickers for my scrapbook. You know I'll be using them!
