Good morning.

Just a quick catch up before I have to head out to work. (Darn work.)

Happy Birthday Lenny.

Congratulation Bethany on 800.

Happy Anniversary to Gail and Lew.

Donna, at least you get paid. I had to pay my own way for my class this past weekend.

Owww. This is scary. I came up with the exact same name. Does that mean Lars and I are alike??;)

BTW, Lars, teenage girls that come out alive are really quite nice. I miss mine.

Have to make my post quick and that's a switch, huh? ;)

Happy anniversary, Gail and Lew! :lovestruc

Happy birthday Lenny! :cake:

Congrats on the post count Bethany. :flower:

Sounds like we have a pair of pirate twins. pirate: pirate:

I think a teenage girl loan is in order. Then everyone would feel better.

Off to take mine to school. :wave2:

Oh sure...no one was loaning teenage girls around when I was a teenage boy.

I think I'm willing to wait the years before my own little princesses get there, thanks!

Pssst...LK. Jewelry is always a nice birthday gift.

And my congrats to Gail and Lew on their anniversary, Bethany on her post count, and Lou for having Donna in class today. :p

Gee thanks, Alan. As if we don't have enough KISS memorabilia around here already... ;)

Happy Anniversary Gail & Lew:bride: :groom:
Happy Birthday Lenny :cake:

Im not sure what my plans are today. Sam needs clena clothes, so I do need to get to that at some point. One of my girlfrinds might be coming to visit, or I may just go to the bookstore.

Have a good day :)

He's now in his mid-forties! Way too old for a young chick in her thirties like me! princess:

Sorry to burst your bubble. Did you not read the part about him now being too old for a young chick like me? I can introduce you to my good friend, Donna, though!

Hiya Everyone!

A busy weekend for me meant I didn't get on again... by the sounds of a Lou-cap I just read that means Loubon won't be too pleased with me... ;)

So, how is everyone?

Ooh *wave to Sarah* hello to a new person, please don't listen to *anything* they say about me when I'm not here, k? ;)

Happy Anniversary to Gail and Lew!!!

I am waiting anxiously to hear if I have an interview for another job... please wish me luck, its just not working out here (long story but lets just say its looking increasingly like a gender-change for me would be the only way to sort things... and I ain't going that far to stay in a job!!)

I started a sign language course this weekend and am loving it already - will be slow going though I'm sure.

 @ Everyone!
Gaspodé

Hi Gaspode! I took sign language in college for one semester. I remember a little bit, but not too much.

Lou, I take it that means you are not interested in a blind date with my friend?

To quote Lars & Steph....

YEAHHHHHHHHHH/NNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!

Hey Gaspode! Don't be a stranger. We have enough strange people here....:p

Go for it Lou; once you go blind, you'll never go back!

Oh wait...it wasn't that kind of blind date...:D

*************************************************
Actually, since the School for the Blind and School for the Deaf are so close together, Mrs. AA fingerspells and knows several signs.

When we first started attending our church it had an active deaf ministry and we took a few classes to be able to pidgen our way through some conversations.

We got a few stares in the mall when we kept meeting friends there and they would fingerspell into her hand or place her hands on theirs for signing.
:teeth:

Page 3??? :faint:

Figured any comments from me about "old ages" wouldn't be appreciated... so I kept my mouth shut about it ;)

However, I did once know how to do quite a bit of sign language... was fun to learn. Enjoy it Melissa!

Alan... :p
not much else I can say about your wit

just doing my part to keep us bumped...........................Donna works on a weekday & we end up on page 3:eek:
She'll just have to quit her job...................

I know how to say "I love you" in sign language and that's about it. My kids know a bit more. They both had a teacher in elementary school that taught some to them. She always had them sign that they needed to go to the bathroom, etc. ;)

Allen is installing a reverse osmosis water purification system. He hit a snag yesterday. He couldn't cut through our stainless steel sink. So we're in the process of trying to find a "knock out punch". Sounds like fightin' words to me. :faint: We may have to order it. Now I have a hole and a dent in my sink until it's completed. Sigh.

:wave2: everyone !

Happy Anniversary Gail and Lew !

Happy Birthday Lenny !

Congrats on 800 Bethany !!!

I took a sign language course a long time ago ..... we had to learn how to "sing" a song .... I remember doing "You Light up My Life".....so I guess it really was a looooong time ago :D

I learned the alphabet in 4th or 5th grade so my friends and I could talk to each other during class...so I still know the alphabet but only remember a few other words..

Hi Sandy! How soon will your work schedule be back to "normal"?

I remember playing "You Light Up My Life" on the clarinet in grade school. :o
