Boy oh boy am I a happy camper! Donna just called laughing (or was it crying??) with a description of our cabin.... She is calling it a barn! Don't I look ill? Shouldn't I stay home? She can just bring Leah back on Sunday for me.

And the best part is she neglected to tell everyone that the activity for this weekend at the "barn" was "Christmas In July Weekend". I swear!

Donna has her reindeer antlers but I hope LK & Sue didn't forget their elf outfits.

This may turn out better than anything I could ever make up!

We're back from the laser tag session. The kids had tons of fun. Actually, DH did too. I went in for the first round and took some pictures. Now I'll have to figure out how to scrapbook some crazed gun-totin kids (and some of the kids are grown kids, too).

My DD and DS have gone to the pool. It's open until 9 and they figured that would be a good place to cool off. I'm reading my email and DISing for a few minutes. Then I need to go do the dishes again. Have I mentioned that I'll be glad when I get the new dishwasher?

Amy, Mom and I are thinking of going to see the new Hillary Duff movie tomorrow night while the guys are camping. Anyone see it yet? Amy likes her a lot and I suppose it will be cute in a teenie bopper kind of way. Boy am I in trouble if Amy reads that - it would make her mad. LOL!

How are all the under-the-weather DISers feeling? My neck and shoulders are stiff, but no headache. I can stand anything if my head doesn't hurt tonight. I just want a good night's sleep.

Camping in a "barn"? That could be fun if there aren't bats or mice or spiders. A cat might have been a good plan. I'd like a barn better than a tent. At least if it rains you *probabaly* won't get wet and you can still move around. I do hope someone brought along a camera. This trip NEEDS to be documented, don't you all agree?

Alan, our county fairs here too, are mostly summer stuff. Our state fair is actually starting in a week or so (1st week of August I think, I do know definitely on the 11th it will be running... I get to see CLAY again )
