Quick update- if ya'll remember I told you of my friend that I went to Disney world with had placenta previa....well her dr told her that things were now looking great and she should take a deep breath and enjoy her pregnancy.......just wanted to thank everyone that prayed for her and share the blessing of answered prayer.

LOL at the sheet changing story. My son probably thinks the same thing. Guess I need to start thinking about the obvious things that he won't do and start teaching them to him. He already knows how to iron, but I bet he won't do it if mom isn't there to harp.

Okay, I'm lost as to the don't go to the bathroom in Canada if it's your birthday comment. Why? Is it fear that you'll wedge your antlers in the door? I must have missed something.

I am the proud owner of a new dishwasher. It should arrive on Friday's truck and be delivered/installed Monday or Tuesday. So I'll only have dishpan hands for a few more days. My old dishwasher is a glorified dish drainer right now. I wash and toss them in the dishwasher to dry.

I'm headed for my comfy bed. Tomorrow is the last day of summer ballet, so we girls have 6 weeks of rest and relaxation after tomorrow with no lessons. David will be doing band camp in August and he has another week of summer swimming, but he has a car, so that doesn't count. Besides, he is not a girl and I said "we girls". Goodnight all!

Morning all... a little spacey here. I'm pretty sure this is my run of the mill sinus crud I get all the time so I should be good by Sunday. Just a bit drugged up on stuff I know will work.

We had some awful storms come through last night about 1 am. The thunder and lightening were amazing and for about 20 minutes it was totally light out (so it seemed) since the lightening never quit. My babies got scared and poor Gwenie was so frightened that she went from cuddling next to me to hiding under the bed. Once the worst was over she came out to cuddle again (such a sweetie she is).

LOL, Carol... I figured that was where you were going with the visiting every 2-3 weeks. Too funny

Gail, I hope she is feeling better soon!

Hey Everyone

My DS has an orthodontist appointment this morning.......then I have to come back home to wait for the Comcast guy to come out........I am sooooooo fed up with Comcast right now that I coudl scream!!!!! They had better get things right this time.......by the time that guy leaves my TV & my computer better both be working!!!

Tomorrow the twins both have appointments for their yearly physicals & I'm planning to meet my parents for lunch.

I know that the Angel thread's gonna seem empty over the weekend.....Donna & LK will both be gone camping (I still don't understand WHY they want to do that), Steph will be in full on NASCAR mode etc........but I'll be around!!!!!! & I vow to keep this thread bumped as often as I can........and to irritate Lou in Donna's absence
